You know, buying apartments, second homes and vacation houses is on the top list of how bankers will most likely spend their bonuses this year. I mean buying million-dollar-plus properties!
Oh, don’t you wish to be a banker too! 
It’s bad economy. Some people are struggling with their home loan payments while there are those whose homes have been put into foreclosures.
Bankers are the ones who have money to buy million-dollar-plus homes!
It’s going to be a busy day today. After withdrawing money from the bank, I will go shopping for some groceries and new tiles.
Yup, new tiles. I have to buy a few new tiles to replace those broken kitchen tiles damaged by the vacationers.
Until now, I still don’t understand how the vacationers broke the kitchen tiles.
It’s weird that hubby and I didn’t see the broken tiles when the vacationers did their checkout that day. If we had seen the damaged pieces of tiles, we would have asked for compensation from them.
The only thing we can do now is blacklist this family.

My blogging who had checked out a few condos and studio flats earlier decided to give Wilmington NC real estate a try too.
Wow! I wish I could have that much money to pick any property that I like.
The truth is I am already two months behind for my home mortgage installments. 
You know, if you have lots of cash and money now, you are a king. With property prices finally reached rock-bottom, you can easily buy a super cheap property or vacation home at the best location.
My blogging pal is thinking of buying a studio flat located near a college and a condo due to good rental yields.
She has been satisfied with a few flats and condos she came across. They are equipped with walk-in cupboards and comfortable spaces with plenty of light.
They used to sell like hot cakes when the market was good. Now my blogging pal can take her own sweet time to view and make up her mind.
Hubby and I haven’t decided if we want a treadmill or an elliptical for the vacation home.
Both the used treadmill and elliptical are cheap. Our buddies are desperate to sell their fitness equipment in exchange for some cash to pay their bills.
I wish I could buy both equipment!
A few regular vacation renters have asked if it’s possible to install at least a fitness equipment in the vacation home.
You know, most of my regular vacationers love to exercise even when they are on their vacations.
They hope that they can run on a treadmill or do exercise on an elliptical when it’s not possible to enjoy outdoor activities on a rainy day.
Hubby is thinking of buying a used treadmill or elliptical from one of his buddies.
As far as I know, some of hubby’s buddies have left their treadmills or ellipticals accumulated dust in the store rooms.
Guess that hubby and I should go to our vacation home tomorrow. There are faucets and bed sheets that we need to replace.
Oh, not to forget the curtains and area rugs too.
Hopefully, there aren’t other home improvements that will make a dent in our pocket.
The other day, hubby and I were not in the mood to clean our vacation home and asked Mary the Housekeeper to do it for us.
This morning, she informed me that the faucets in my vacation home’s bathroom were not functioning. Again?
I remember I had the faucets replaced only a few months ago! What had the vacationers done to my faucets?
Perhaps I should use better quality faucets.
