Hubby had run his seminar business for a few years and decided to retire early this year. Instead of running seminars or courses every month, he only accepts offers a few times a year. He uses the rest of his time writing a travel book now.
He prefers writing travel stuff because he used to be a Tourist Guide before he started his seminar business. He intends to make his travel book into an ebook after he publishes his book.
With the advent of technology, authors like my hubby don’t have to resort to the old way of finding agents and publishers, facing a couple of years of submissions and rejection letters to let the books published. Hubby has found out How to Publish a Book easily.
He can be his own book publisher and achieve his dream of seeing his words and his name in print! Many authors have become their own Book Publishers by simply uploading their manuscript and selecting various options available. Then they will be supplied with a professionally printed, designed, and perfect-bound book at whatever quantity they desire and shipped in 48 hours.

Do your vacation renters still do their daily workouts when staying at your vacation home? If so, perhaps you need to consider investing in a piece or a few pieces of fitness equipment.
Being able to do workouts during a vacation makes vacation renters feel great. Not only can they unwind, enjoy life, and get a break from the everyday routine, they can also stay fit while traveling.
Set Up A Home Theater For Your Vacation Home May 30, 2008
Posted by Gypsy The Virtual Traveler in : Vacation Home Decoration Tips , add a commentI wonder if any vacation home owner sets up a home theater for the sake of vacation renters. The one I know is my uncle who owns a luxury vacation home. As he only rents his luxury home to very wealthy vacation renters, he did set up a home theater.
The luxury home theater is not only equipped with lighting, but also home theater sconces. The complete luxury home theater does become a plus point to vacation renters who can’t live without music and movies.

Tips For Clothing For Women When Packing For A Vacation Trip May 28, 2008
Posted by Gypsy The Virtual Traveler in : Travel Tips , add a commentTraveling can be fun and exciting if you are heading to your favorite destination. But as a woman traveler, you should avoid certain clothing for women in order to keep you safe while away from home.
While packing clothes for your vacation trip, avoid taking clothes that make you stand out. Leave bold colors, logos and definitely anything sexy at home. The safest clothings to be packed are women’s jeans and T-shirts.
Besides safety factor, give much thought to temperature, precipitation, wind and so on. If the weather at the destination varies from warm during the day to cool at night, the wise thing to do is plan to wear layers of lighter weight clothing. This will allow adding or removing such items as a second shirt or jacket, long pants instead of shorts.
Try to keep color varieties to a minimum, concentrating on basic hues such as black or tan. These colors often work well in both casual situations and for slightly formal occasions. It is wise to reduce clothing for women for formal occasions to one suit or outfit, to leave more room for everyday wear and lounging wear.
Generally, you don’t want to spend a great deal of time caring for your clothing when on a vacation trip. Items such as thick sweaters and large coats should usually be left behind. It would be best to take thinner sweaters, light jackets and an extra shirt instead.
Let Auto Transport Experts Move Your Cars For You May 24, 2008
Posted by Gypsy The Virtual Traveler in : Car Shipping / Auto Transport Services , add a commentMy uncle was on the lookout for inexpensive auto transport service a few months ago. Due to business purposes, he and his family had to move to Hawaii within weeks. I still remember my aunt’s complaint about the massive undertaking of relocation to another state when I was still helping them do the packing.
After surfing online and asking for recommendations from his buddy, he managed to get a top-rate auto transport service for the car shipping price he wanted. At first, he was skeptical about auto transport services that offered very low rates. He was worried that at such as a low car shipping rate, his car would not be handled with car.
But it turned out that his buddy’s recommendation was reliable. His car was safely transported to Hawaii without any dents or scratches.
Thanks to competition that cheap auto transport service is now widely-available, especially for consumers who need car shipping or international car shipping immediately but are on a budget.

Buy A Timeshare If You Love Traveling A Few Times A Year May 22, 2008
Posted by Gypsy The Virtual Traveler in : Villas / Vacation Homes , add a commentHubby and I were invited by a buddy to a timeshare meeting last week. My buddy would like to consider a timeshare of a very high quality condominium, villa or apartment abroad because he travels at least a few times a year and enjoys staying in the nicest of places. I think a timeshare might be right for my buddy.
Buying a timeshare means you actually own part of the property and you can resell it later to get your money back out of it or even make a profit. A time share can cost a few thousand dollars to many thousands, but the timeshare will grow in value over the years.
You can use it for five years or even longer, then sell your share in it when you decide you no longer need it. This can save you a lot of money on your vacations and allow you to actually break even or profit from the sale of your share later on.

Your vacation home has given you a very good rental return and you are thinking of beautifying the vacation home or adding some green to the deck, porch, patio or living room for the comfort of vacation renters but you are not sure how. Why not consider planters? Planters, be it Indoor Planters or Outdoor Planters, are beautiful fixtures that bring some plant life into your vacation home.
Planters are available in a number of shapes, styles, and sizes, so it is for sure that you can find the right planters that will fit nicely into your existing outdoor space or living room without having any troubles.
To add some nice eye-catching accents to the deck area, add Garden Planters that are smaller in size that have a triangle design . They can easily fit into any corner in the space.
If you want your vacation renters to have some privacy from nosey neighbors, all you need to do is buy Planters that are long and rectangular and put them up all around the patio area. With taller trees or shrubs in the planters, your vacation renters do not have to worry about the neighbors trying to peek in on them.
